Compliance/ Complex matters.

Have you found yourself in a situation where your visa has been declined and you are no longer lawful in New Zealand? You may have received a Deportation Liability Questionnaire or Notice from Immigration New Zealand and are unsure what to do.

Michelle has experience dealing with Immigration New Zealand Compliance Officers and New Zealand Police. She can talk with you about your circumstances and provide you with some options to relieve some of that stress and uncertainty.

Your matter may be unique and require submissions to the Minister of Immigration. Contact Michelle if you require assistance with this.

  • advising whether you have a right to appeal to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal

  • representing you in the Immigration and Protection Tribunal

  • advising you on what you may need to prepare to give your matter the best chance of success
