It can be difficult and overwhelming trying to understand the immigration process because of the amount of information available on Google and on Immigration New Zealand’s website.

You might be looking at applying for a visa but are just not sure about which one to apply for.

In addition to the complimentary initial 15-minute consultation, Michelle offers one-off consultations for individuals at a set price which covers the following:

• meeting with you either virtually or face-to-face;

• gaining an understanding of your situation;

• reviewing your completed application form(s);

• reviewing your supporting documents;

• clarifying the criteria for the visa you are looking at applying for;

• answering any questions you have;

• advising on any risks associated with your application and how to mitigate these, and

• the full process of applying for your visa with Immigration New Zealand

These consultations are 75 minutes long and you will receive a follow-up email summarising what was discussed in the consultation. MC Legal charges a fixed one-off fee of $550 plus GST for these consultations.
